wondering if you would include a search gadget, was looking for your thoughts on Maslow's hierachy

I have some thoughts on Maslow posted on my web site - Leadership and Human Behavior. It includes a short section on criticisms and strengths. Maybe I will have to do a slide show on it...

Shirley, as far as search, there should be a search bar in the very upper, left-hand corner of the web page on the blog. But of course this will not search my web site, but it has a search bar on the bottom of most pages.

I hope this helps.
